Lifestyle Coaching Programme
for fat-loss, blood sugar control and chronic condition management
What is it?
A 3-month comprehensive, highly personalised coaching programme for women who want to manage their weight and/or reverse their condition the natural way.
Who is it for?
- Women who are overweight, pre-diabetic, T2 diabetic, have high blood pressure and/or high cholesterol, who need natural strategies to keep their blood sugar under control, shed some extra weight and get off their medication.
- Women who suffer from any other chronic condition that may be affecting their quality of life.
What will it do for me?
We will concentrate on your personal challenges and work together to optimise every aspect of your life. This is a comprehensive educational resource based on the latest science, designed to give you the tools you need to take control of your own long-term health. At the end of the first 3 months, you will be given an e-book with all the information contained in your coaching programme so you know exactly what to do on your own. You could also carry on with coaching for another few months if you prefer. It's up to you!

- Knowing how to change your diet to achieve fat-loss (if desired).
- Understanding the importance of regular exercise and finding the type of exercise that is suitable for you (I will personally coach you on the best exercise format and take you through a few simple, but effective routines).
- Keeping your blood pressure and cholesterol under control.
- Developing good sleeping habits.
- Managing your stress levels by making time to relax.
- Understanding the importance of environmental factors and how they might affect your condition.
After the 3 months are up, you can then keep going with exercise only, or carry on with the Lifestyle programme on a monthly basis, it's up to you.
How does it work?
After a FREE 30-minute consultation and a health screening, we will design a step-by-step plan of attack together, based on your specific needs and goals. I will then see you once a week (either by video or in-person) to offer guidance, support, accountability, and I will give you a personalised exercise programme (one in-person session and 2 home workouts). I will also check-in with you once a week via phone or text.

Do I have to go anywhere?
It's up to you - you can either come to my studio or we can do our sessions by video.
How much is it?
£350 per calendar month, payable in advance via Paypal, cash or bank transfer. 10% discount available for OAPs.

Specialist Exercise Coaching
for women with chronic conditions
What is it?
A complete, personalised exercise coaching programme aimed at keeping your chronic condition under control. You will exercise for 30 minutes twice a week, or 3 times a week if you prefer - it's up to you. Bear in mind that twice a week is the minimum required to see results and 3 times a week is optimal given your condition.
Who is it for?
Women who just want to get fit, but who are suffering from either obesity, diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, asthma, COPD, back pain, depression/anxiety, non-specific mechanical back pain or those who have recently undergone joint replacement therapy. I will help you shed some extra weight (if you need to) and improve your health.
Suitable for women with reduced mobility, who are chair-bound or seniors who have never exercised before!

What will it do for me?
We will concentrate on your personal challenges and work together to incorporate a movement/exercise routine into your life. This is a comprehensive and customised exercise coaching programme developed and taught by myself, designed to give you the impetus you need to put you on your own journey to better health.
In each session, I will take you through a thorough warm up for 7 to 10 minutes, then a circuit-type workout for 15 minutes and a nice cool-down with plenty of relaxing stretches for the last 5 minutes.
As part of your programme, I will show you how to make simple diet tweaks to achieve better health and how to develop good sleeping habits.

IN-PERSON: You can visit me in my private studio 2 or 3 times a week - I will show you how to move safely even if you have never exercised before!
HYBRID TRAINING: If you want a more cost-effective option, we can have one weekly 45-minute in-person session, and I will give you a personalised workout for another 2 home workouts. I will deliver the programme via Excel spreadsheet and provide a demo of all moves, plus I will check-in with you once a week for 15 minutes via phone or text.

It's entirely up to you. You can come to my fully-equipped studio or I can come to you as long as you live within a 5-mile radius of Hinckley.
How much is it?
For in-person training:

£155 per calendar month. If you share with a friend - £100 per person pcm.

Cancellation policy:
As we are a small business, late cancellations and no-shows really affect our business, therefore our cancellation policy is as follows:
If you cancel your session with over 24 hours' notice – there will be no charge.
If you cancel your session within 24 hours of your session time – I will make every effort to book another session for you at a different time, but if it is not possible the full session fee will be payable.
